§ 1103. Street grades.

Maximum and minimum street grades shall be as follows:

a.

Major streets, not in excess of seven percent.

b.

Collector streets, not in excess of ten percent.

c.

Minor streets and dead-end streets and alleys, not in excess of 18 percent.

d.

No street grade shall be less than one-half of one percent.
