§ 1-1. Preamble and enactment clause.

To insure that due process is afforded the general public of the City of Ringgold, Georgia and all parties in interest when the City of Ringgold implements and exercises zoning power pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-66-1 et seq., the City of Ringgold does hereby enact this Ordinance.
