§ 1-7.4. Documents accepted for the record.

The Chairman shall enter into the record the contents of any pertinent written comment, petition or written statement, plat, photograph or other documentary evidence received by the Commission in support of the proposed zoning amendment or conditional use. Such written comments, petitions or other documentary evidence or exhibits shall be considered a part of the record by the Commission and may be considered by the Commission in making its advisory recommendation to the mayor and council.
