§ 18-31. Adopted.

The following codes, the latest edition as adopted and amended by the state department of community affairs, are adopted by reference and shall be enforced within the city:

Standard Existing Building Code.

(2)

Standard Building Code, including appendixes C, D, G, J and L.

(3)

Standard Mechanical Code, including appendix B.

(4)

Standard Gas Code.

(5)

Standard Plumbing Code, including appendixes B, C, H and J.

(6)

National Electrical Code.

(7)

Standard Fire Prevention Code, including chapter 1 and appendixes B, C and D.

(8)

CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code, including chapter 1.

(9)

Georgia State Energy Code for Buildings, including chapter 1.

Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code, including chapter 1.
