§ 22-82. Purpose.

(a)

The purpose of this section is to provide for local licensing and regulation of massage parlors, pursuant to the authority of O.C.G.A. § 48-13-9(b)(17), and O.C.G.A. § 43-24A-1 et seq. as amended.

(b)

A license issued pursuant to this division is a privilege, not a right.
