§ 62-351. Definitions.

[The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:]

Dealer shall have the same meaning as provided for in O.C.G.A., § 48-13-110.

Energy shall have the same meaning as provided for in O.C.G.A., § 48-13-110.

Local sales and use tax shall have the same meaning as provided for in O.C.G.A., § 48-13-110.

Purchaser shall have the same meaning as provided for in O.C.G.A., § 48-13-110.
