§ 1-10.3. Official action; conditions.

The Commission's authority in any zoning decision shall only be advisory. All zoning decisions shall be made by the mayor and council and it shall either approve or disapprove the proposed zoning amendment or conditional use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any approval of a proposed zoning amendment or conditional use may be subject to any and all lawful conditions that may be required by the mayor and council as a condition of the approval of the proposed zoning amendment or conditional use.
