§ 1-7.9. Close of the public hearing.

When proponents and opponents of the proposed zoning amendment or conditional use have been heard in accordance with the foregoing procedure, the Chairman shall declare the public hearing closed. No further public hearing on the issue shall be required prior to the advisory recommendation of the Commission to the mayor and council or prior to the taking of final action on the proposed zoning amendment or conditional use by the mayor and council.
