§ 1-7.7. Prohibition of certain remarks; power to remove.

Any remark amounting to an attack on the character or personal integrity of another person, not actually supportable in law or fact, or in the form of an emotional outburst shall be deemed non-germane to the purpose of public hearing and shall be ruled out of order. The Commission shall have the power to remove from the hearing room or censor any person who continues to make such non-germane remarks after being ruled out of order.
